Q: How long have you been making buttons?
A:
We have been making buttons since 1993.

Q: Will I see what my button looks like before it is produced?
A: Yes. We will email you with a link to view and approve your button, or ask for changes before it is produced. In fact, even if you supply your own artwork, you will need to view the artwork in our template and let us know that it looks correct, fonts did not change, layers are in place, etc.

Q: If I choose UPS Next Day shipping does that mean an order placed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday?
A: No, it does not. Do not confuse shipping with production.
We produce the button, then ship using the shipping method you choose when you place your order.

Q: I should have received my order yesterday, but didn't. What should I do?
A:
If you ordered online and gave us a working e-mail address you are notified by the shipper when your order ships. The e-mail also has a tracking number enabling you to track your shipment. Once you have tracked your order, you can contact the shipper to resolve any delivery problems. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail boxes if you did not receive this email.

Q:
How long does it take to make buttons?
A:
Production time changes depending on our current production schedule please send us an email with the size and quantity you are interested in purchasing and we will contact you with the production time . Production time is generally between 5-7 days except when we have an unusually high number of orders.

Q: What does full color mean?
A:
Most button companies charge you for each color you want. We give you as many colors as you need for one charge.

Q: I don't understand your pricing. What does "Price Per Each U.S. Dollars" 0.67 mean?
A:
That means that our buttons are priced in US Currency and that the buttons will cost you 67 cents each. This is the total cost per button. The price includes setup, typesetting.

Q: I'm not sure I really want a button; depends on how it looks. Will you design a button for me to see before I place an order?
A:
No. The order must be placed first. Once you place an order, we will work with you to achieve a design you are happy with before your order is processed.

Q: I want some artwork on my button to make it look a little fancier, can you help?
A: Just give us a description of what you what and we will try to come up a design that matches your description. We do not have an unlimited supply of clip art, so if you need something very specific you will need to supply that yourself.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Yes, we have recently designed a small catalog. BUT we make custom buttons. This website is an online catalog and all pages are printable.

Q: Do you have color matching?
A: Color varies from monitor to monitor and printer to printer. We will try to match your color by Pantone number, but our guarantee is only for a close match.

Q: Can you put a picture on a button with words for me?
A: Yes, we can add a picture to your button. You can send upload the picture when you order or mail us a photograph (not copyrighted).. If you provide the picture it would be best at 300 dpi and save it in a tiff format. If you are using a digital camera send us your best jpg file. Do not send us gif files as they really do not have any print value. You can upload this file to our server from our order page.

Q: Why can't I just send you the picture through your e-mail I don't want you to get the picture from my computer I have personal things there?
A: The files we are asking you to send us are fairly large and can take up a lot of e-mail space. They also take a long time to download on our side and tie up the e-mail system.
When you upload a file to our server you are making a copy of the file and sending it. When we retrieve the file we do not get it from your computer. We are retrieving the copy you gave us.

Q: I want to design the button myself. Is there anything I should know?
A: Yes. Your design needs to fit our template and needs to be in a file format we can use. To learn more

Q: How can I pay for the order?
A:
We accept Visa, Master Card, and America Express through our secure server or over the phone. You can also order on-line and choose to pay by calling in your credit card information after you place your order. You can order on-line and choose to mail in your check or money order. If you choose to mail in your payment we will start working on your order once we receive your payment. You can also call in you order during the week to us at Call..

Q: You offer full color buttons. What if I only need 1 color?
A: You can have any number of colors when you order you button with us. The price is the same regardless of the number of colors.

Q: Do you give out our e-mail address and credit information to other companies?
A: We treat our customers the way we want to be treated. We NEVER share information about our customers with anyone

Q: I want to order more than one design. Can I order the total number for the better rate?
A: As long as you order all the same size button and your order 5 of each design you can order the total number of buttons for the better rate. If you order less than 5 of each design or if your order drops below a total of 25 buttons you will be charged an additional fee for "individualized buttons".
